Another reason why this dumbass phase 2 is past unnecessary. Time for festivals, concerts, and full capacity.

Not going to happen for a long time.

The first major festival will get excoriated by the national press no matter the numbers and no one wants to be the first. Except maybe Desantis who doesn’t give a frick.

This is very good, hospitalizations continue to drop

But in the event of another surge we still have access to the 100+ million dollar convention center hospital

Yet we have to wait 2+ more weeks bc JBE is concerned about the UK and SA variants.

Then he will be worried about the upcoming Easter surge bc of all the crawfish boils.

Then he will be worried about the upcoming Memorial Day surge bc people will be vacationing

And so on.

Lowest number of hospitalizations since Nov. 15th (818, jumped to 874 on Nov. 16th).

When "Phase-3" was implemented back in the day, we were at around 700 hospitalizations.

..the Christmas bump.

The numbers in general are somewhat misleading since the state started seeing the virus at different times.

Even the recent “surge” in Region 1 (NO/Met) was still 600 hospitalizations lower than it was in April. Remember the hospitals were close but not over run in NO in April.

Are you being genuine or are you being a little bitch about it? I can't tell.
