Too much bush in the 80's.

Trying to compare modern to then doesn't work. Never complained about the bush. Now? Not a fan, but then as a teen I was fricking ecstatic to see the bush

The height of Mall Life. Being safe and free enough to be dropped off by parents almost anywhere and have a blast. Hit Morrow's Nut House for some gummy worms, browse through the dirty section at Spencer's then drop quarters in Alladin's Castle.

Followed up with a loaded pretzel with port-wine cheese at Dunnderbaks.

The decade you were a teen-ager or college kid with no worries, finding out a sex, drugs and rock-and-roll is the best decade.

Mine just happened to be late 80s, so I partied in the 80s and it was a blast.

My cousin, he partied in the 70s. It also looked like a blast.

Basically, the 80's was Back To The Future, and the 90's was Pulp Fiction.

And the 70's was Dazed and Confused.

I bet I mixed at least 200 tapes during the 1st two years in the 80’s. I had over 300 albums and would have 5 days off in a row and would just smoke dope and mix music… good times.

80s and 90s were pretty awesome. Big part was the lack of social media.

No doubt the 80's were the last decade of fun and good times. Also, the best movies/TV shows. However, no era will top the late 60's to early 70's for music. Love or hate Regan, but America was #1 and everything felt good. No political correctness, no white guilt, we could even still fly the Confederate flag to show your Southern pride without someone getting offended. Seems like since the 90's, we have been in a steady decline, no thanks to social media. Kids today don't know how to have fun, too busy being sensitive to everything...thing are really bad when being a real alpha male today is called 'toxic masculinity'...that is insane! Our country has quickly turned to shite, so yeah, 80's was a good generation, not anything since...

80s were great because we had all the modern conveniences of today, minus the internet and cell phones which have contributed more to the downfall of modern civilization than the barbarians sacking Rome.

70 may have been better as marijuana use was much more accepted, the Reagans really started the "War on Drugs" with the "just say no" campaign.
