Moronic politicians across the country think it's okay to talk on the phone while driving if you don't hold it.

Not to mention they single out cell phone use, as if it's the only way someone could be distracted while driving. Why didn't they ban changing the radio or scarfing down a double cheeseburger while in a school zone?

True. That was my only concern. My neighbor's car was hit by a trailer and she got pretty beaten up by it. It just makes me nervous with some of the irresponsible people driving around.

But yeah, the people I know with boats keep their trailers in good shape anyway. I guess we shall see!

I did it like 15 times today. I'll do it about 15 times tomorrow.

Or a small child. They are known for being very level headed and risk averse.

If you weed out the weak ones, they'll get better as a whole. With rights come responsibilities. The sooner they get this through their flexible and pliable skulls, the sooner we all win.

Most people only drive with one hand. It isn't your hand being off the wheel that makes it dangerous. It's your mind being distracted while talking. You're just as distracted while using a hands free phone.

So, am I now not allowed to talk to the person sitting next to me. Thanks, comrade.

The law includes use of a cellular/wireless device for engaging in a voice call, accessing, reading, or posting to a social networking site, and/or writing, sending, or reading a text-based communication.

So it's cool if I'm watching a YouTube video?

Love the littering one. Hope they actually enforce it. People who throw butts on the ground are trash.

If your brakes work when its raining, they will probably work when its dry.

What if you're talking to a fellow passenger?

Or is talking to someone NOT in the vehicle somehow more distracting than one inside the vehicle?

First time in my life it happened about two weeks ago. Two lane road and the guy coming my way tossed a cigarette out his window and hit my windshield and got lodged against my wiper. The little fricker wouldn't come off, and it was still lit. Melted a little part of the plastic by my windshield before I could get it off.

Why isn't it illegal to drive with one hand while talking to a passenger since it's illegal to hold the phone and talk?
