60 is closer than 20, thinking about that fact a good bit lately. Don’t think I’m in mid life crisis mode, but damn 20-40 goes by fast.

It’s scary how fast it is sneaking up. Don’t blink.

Unless you plan on living to be 85, you're smack dab in the middle of life.

I’m 48 and honestly my 40s have been my best decade yet. Settled, stable, happily married, making good money, family is growing up happy and healthy.

40s are tough. Raising kids, aging parents, work pressures, little time to take care of your own needs. I can see how midlife crises happen

I made 41 this year. No midlife crisis for me. But my body feels the wear and tear of life. Age is just a number, I still get carded buying beer. Shrug it off and live life.

Darla Hood :swoon:

I turned 70 last September. Lots of stuff going on. Still practicing law and trying cases. I just want to see my grand daughters (one will be 4 in October and one will be two in August) grow up for as long as I can.

I am reassured by the old saying, "Only the good die young."

Not meant to be a downer, just saying. I’m not complaining about it, just kinda facing this fact.

You got that right. Feels like I just hit 40, but I'm closing in on 50. How the frick did that happen?
