30 minutes? Pretty sure I watched a girl at Vermillion Alligator Farms clean one in less time.

Robert Arrington (deermeatfordinner) can clean one in about 20 minutes or less. Bears too.

I watched the other video with him cooking and eating it and that was nuts. We usually just fry tail and eat the leg meat in a sauce piquante, but this guy fries a bone in cleaned leg with claws attached floured with potato flour. Actually looked pretty tasty. Leave it to the Asians to get crazy in the kitchen. Odd but very intriguing cooking techniques. They might not know the alligator, but they sure do know their way around a kitchen. Given enough time, and they will master it like none other.

Good. Alligators are everywhere now. We need to open a season on them like deer etc. Instead of land owners getting the tags.
