Alters has nothing to do with it and you can only vote once on a wifi network and MAYBE once off of wifi. Sometimes that works and sometimes that doesn't. This strawpoll site has really increased their security measures since this tournament started two years ago. This year's voting is the most secure to date to be honest. You really, really have to know what you're doing in order to manipulate the vote this time. The first year was a clusterfrick and led to PAULine Jackson winning. People were using vpn's left and right. This time vpn's aren't allowed.
