Averaged 7ypc last year.

Pierre's playing his arse off.

Ingram's running up Olinemen's backs while Ivory, who gives you 5ypc, sits and watches.

We actually ran the ball well in this game though.

Pierre got 110 yards on 9 carries. What's your problem?

the play calling is where i'm really starting to see how much this team really misses Sean.... for my money, he's the best play caller in the league, and not having him patrolling the side lines, calling the correct play at the correct time is killing our drives, as we are using the wrong personnel at the wrong times with the wrong play calls for the situation as well....

No, but he caught 13 balls for 128 yards, returned 2 punts and 2 kickoffs.

Most of his catches are of the short variety--the equivalent of handoffs.

I think he was involved in the gameplan...

Exactly what you wrote is the problem. Only 9 carries for Pierre. Sproles with none in 2 games while Ingram gets almost twice as many

Isn't Pete calling plays - not Kromer? Pete called them the remainder of last year after SP broke his leg. WE do miss SP's presence BIG TIME though.

I'm pretty sure it's because we're without Devery and a less than 100% Colston. We ran the ball well today so I don't mind him not getting any carries because he got plenty of other touches.

I have no problem with the way we ran the ball today. If we can rush for over 150 yards without Sproles touching the ball, I have no complaints.

Ingram isn't the right fit here but the majority of the retards here won't admit that until the day we trade him. We're forcing his carries and it disrupts the flow of the offense.

Did you even watch the game today/

Sproles not getting enough carries isn't the problem.

Stopping that sieve of what we call a defense is.

We have so many holes there, I don't even know where to begin.

I thought our offensive play calling looked back to nornal this week.

I really think our problem is our wr's cant get open at all.

And our oline(tackles in particular) isnt good enough to let dre sit back and pick teams apart.

No doubt. This clearly isnt the biggest problem with team right now.

Its just an observation that a guy who got you 7 yards a pop last year hasn't had a carry yet and PT only gets 9 when he's playing out of his mind.

Screw RB by committee when one of the guys isnt pulling his weight.

When we just had Deuce doing carries he made as many YPG as Pierre Thomas.

Today was just a couple of offensive hiccups.

We didn't get beat, we just lost.

Playcalling and formation problems

we aren't running enough Full back plays, we have Thomas playing fullback. We need less of Ingram, not only him but if he's in why have 1 WR set with Morgan? The entire defense knows its a run up the gut.

We could use a FB to help our shitty Oline play, and help our rushing game.

I've always said Brees makes our oline look way better than they really are. The only legit pro bowlers we've had there under Brees is Evans and Nicks. The rest were mediocre that Brees made look good.

Its funny how the only guys that run the ball well behind our oline are guys like PT who break a lot of tackles. PT breaks as many tackles as anybody in the league. Sproles sheds lots of tackles. Ivory puts his head down and runs over guys.

Reggie Bush, cant break a tackle and couldnt run here, but leaves and looks awesome behind a line that actually opens wholes.

Ingram just isn't getting it done. I've been defending him and hoping he was just learning the ropes, but when Pierre is playing as good as he is, there is no reason why Ingram has 15 carries to only 9 for Pierre and 0 for Sproles. That needs to change.
