Would you be okay with Thanksgiving Night becoming a tradition?

It’s happened two years in a row, and that isn’t a coincidence.

Detroit in the morning (-ish)
Dallas in the afternoon
Saints vs Falcons at night

Sounds like a good Thanksgiving to me.

Anything to keep the Saints a national brand is good with me.

it makes Thanksgiving more special to me. I have always been fond of football on Thanksgiving but for years had no one to root for but Barry Sanders and if we were lucky Peyton Manning.

I would love that timeslot.

Yes especially if it counts as our Thursday night game annually

No, last year was awful trying to watch state-OM and saints-falcons. If the games were contested, I might die of a heart attack or alcohol/turkey poisoning

That’s true.

Saints have a ton of fans in Mississippi. Would hate to inconvenience our Mississippi Who Dats.

Sounds like a loss every other year to me.

absolutely. We went last year and had a blast, especially after the game in the city.

I like it as long as it is always Saints v Atlanta w/ alternating venues. Would like to see the game even if they played another team, but think it being a rivalry game makes it even more exciting.

I would actually prefer the Saints host a primetime game as close to Halloween as possible every year, but Thanksgiving works too.

Yeah I’d like that it would always be Atlanta. Would make our biggest rivalry a bit more unique. Is there any other game that is played on a preset day/week annually?

From a branding perspective, you can’t get much better, but I really do not need NFL or the Saints on T-Day. This day is about family even more than X-Mas. The LIONS & Cowboys are background TV & do not detract from the gathering. Saints playing, different story.
Business is business & as long as the Saints are on top, the NFL will continue to schedule for the $. So be it - unfortunately.

Does not compute. My family are all Saints fans. What better way to spend quality family time together than watching the Saints beat up on the Failcons?

P.S. Also, the Saints beating the Failcons on Christmas Eve 2017 was one of my best Christmases ever.

Mississippi Who Dats are a huge part of what makes The Who Dat Nation great.

Respect, bro.
