Hell of a stat line! He isn’t the answer at QB but neither is Taysom. It’s a fricking shame that this organization didn’t have a QB in place for when Brees retired. Unacceptable!!

They had multiple opportunities to draft a future QB and had nothing in place. Anyone who ever watched football knew that Winston was a disaster!

I agree he isn’t the answer but I’m not convinced he was the source of the issues today either. He didn’t get much help from his teammates or coaches.

I’m a Winston supporter but you are right. He was terrible. Yes the offensive line was a shitfest but the two picks are why people were hesitant about him.

Front office is very weak willed and wasn’t going to do what needed to be done when Brees was clearly declining. Too worried about the short term and making sure Brees gets his record as a Saint.

Winston was never a long term solution. The biggest mistake the Saints can make is for Winston to ball out and we sign him to a big contract. We ain't winning anything with him.
