Who was at the Titans game back in ‘99 when Coach Ditka checked his nuts?

The small crowd remaining in the Superdome at the end of the game again jeered Ditka and the players as they left the field. Ditka stopped, turned toward the crowd and grabbed his crotch, then went to the locker room.

That might be it.
At halftime I heard the reaction and someone told me what happened. I wasn't watching the team leave the field so I didn't see it.
I left the game with just under 2 minutes to go in the fourth quarter because I thought it was over. Then I heard on the radio that we got the ball back after a review.

I was there. Ditka was booed after one of the worst play calls in Saints history (which is saying a lot). They ran the ball when they were near the goal line at the end of the half on 3rd down (I believe) with no timeouts. They ran the ball up the middle and were stopped short ending the half without scoring because they had no timeouts. I was screaming how stupid it was before they ran the play because I saw them running in their "Jumbo" running package. Of course this could have been because Ditka hired Danny Ambramowicz to be his offensive coordinator when he'd never been one before.
