So now we need to narrow our 3 to 1...?

hopefully no 1st team on the field.

Dan Arnold. If this guy has what I think he has he will be a great piece to this offense. Great combination of size, agility, and high point/hand catcher.

Since Scott was taken I'll go with Leonard.
I know he is a project but his limited tape shows a really good punch move. I want to see if he has added anything new, if he has some basic fundamentals down, or how he plays against NFL competition.

I've been pleasantly surprised with what I've seen from Leonard as well. Moves well and plays aggressive.

How have you seen anything from Leonard?
And to answer the question...Sheldon Rankins if he plays.

Practice is open to the public and clips are all over the place.

Clips of Leonard? I've seen pretty much every training camp tweet and the only time I have ever even seen him mentioned was that he was struggling and got blown by by Trey Hendrickson (I think). Haven't seen anything else.
Hope he's doing well though.

Hell no. Id prefer it if I didn't see him once this preseason. We have nothing to gain by playing him and everything to lose. Savage is our best backup and that's a scary freaking thought.
That being said, Ill be happy when I see the Savage or Hill to Scott screen for a TD. Calling it!

The clips aren't focused on him, he's an offensive lineman-they're rarely highlighted, but he is in the clips and performing well from what I see.

Joel A. Erickson ?Verified account @JoelAErickson Aug 5 Finally got a chance to just watch Rick Leonard for a couple plays. Looked pretty good against Trey Hendrickson, had one rush where he took Hendrickson's move and pushed him to other side of line

John Hendrix ? @JohnJHendrix Aug 5 Good blitz pickup on Alex Anzalone by Rick Leonard

This. I'd be happier than a queer in a dick tree! One on ground, one on ST, one on wheel route and one on a screen.
