Does he buy #21 from PRob? PRob is on IR so I think he would sell it for sure.

PP7 would tomahawk PRob with his chainsaw dick and that issue will be resolved with a quickness.

1st thought was to let him be listed as a QB and wear 7 but then remembered that is Hill's number...so that complicates things.

2nd thought PRob isn't in the same class as PP and wont play again this season most likely. PRob should cough up 21.

PRob gives up the number in exchange for a three week tutoring session from Pat Pete.

Damn I wish this would happen. Hell, I wish any upgrade at the CB position would happen.

Loomis may suck as a talent evaluator, (Thank God for Ireland) but that glorious bastard can manipulate the frick out of some numbers.

IMO it's a real longshot at this point. Their season is already over for all intents, and we've got nothing to trade, unless we basically don't want a draft at all next season.

If it somehow did come to fruition, it could be the last piece we need to make that magical run.

Cards said they would listen to offers

The only thing that makes it a long shot is what they think Patrick Peterson is worth

If Cards are hoping for a Khalil Mack return then they will be disappointed.

If Cards would be willing to accept every remaining 2019 pick we have left I would be down to send them all their way.

We don't have a 1st or 3rd. It would only be a 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 6th, and 7th for a probowl CB still in his prime. Based on how we drafted this past season we are technically only sending them a 2nd and a bunch of guys that wouldn't make the team

Right. All of the picks outside of Davenport were basically wasted this past draft

Might as well continue to sell out for that run

Edit: forgot about Trequan

And Clapp was a good value pick. Point still remains

Why stop at getting PP21? Why not see if we can get LF11 to come aboard too for his last chance at a SB title before riding off into the sunset.

Normally that would be insane, but I think I'd legit trade a decade of losing seasons for the chance for Drew Brees to further cement his legacy by winning a second Lombardi in Atlanta's stadium.

Peters went for a 2019 2nd and a 2018 4th and he’s quite a bit younger.

A similar package for Peterson sounds right.
