Which game will Brees break Manning's passing yards record? He's 1,496 yards away

I saw week 7 against Baltimore. Baltimore is the ONLY NFL team Brees has never beaten. He will beat them and get the record that week

he would need to average 300/game for that too happen. i think this year's team is too balanced for that. Especially with our first 5 games being on the easier side of the schedule, i would think he won't be throwing a lot b/c we'll be up in the second halves of most of those games.

This is true, but you have to remember Ingram is gone for the first 4 weeks. I could see us being pretty pass happy until he returns, especially with how talented our WRs and Kamara are in the receiving game on paper.

300 yards per game isn’t a lot for Brees. Believe it or not, Payton/Brees will make an effort to be able to set that record on Monday night.
Brees had an interview where he mentioned the Redskins game and it not being a coincidence that the game is scheduled for MNF.

There wasn’t a single 5 game stretch last year that he threw for 1496. I also took his worst 6 game stretch (which included TWO games under 200 yards) and he easily got it.
I say Baltimore. Unless Payton reverts back to his old self while Ingram is out and throws constantly. In that case, Redskins easily.

Exactly.
Also, say he has a 380 yd game in one of the first four games- his odds of breaking it on MNF increase a bit.
Hope it happens in the 4th quarter with the game in hand against the Redskins on MNF.
