Saints are probably still the best team in the NFC, and deservedly the favorite. No other team combines offense, defense, and experience better than the Saints in the NFC.
Are the Saints in a rut offensively? Yes, a bit. Can they improve with the re-emergence of a #2 receiving threat and the return of Armstead? Yes.
Are the Saints unbeatable? No. No team is, any year. This is the NFL. As of now, though, the road goes through the Dome.

I think they finally got in a groove again in the 2nd half. Getting Armstead back this week likely will be huge as well.

Rams have lost to both of the NFC's elite teams. Their only decent wins in the NFC are against Vikings and Seahawks

I don't know but I like your optimism. After last week and this week, I dont know who I would be more afraid of playing out of the Rams, Bears, cowboys or Chiefs. Whatever the case, it is imperative that we get home field advantage.

Jared Goff is trash. So is Trubisky. I would 9/10 give 25 million to a top 5 QB over a top DLineman.

Both of those were one score games too.
Only quality 2+ score win they have is 12 points over the Chargers early in the year.
6 wins by one score and two losses by two scores. Other wins were over trash teams like the Cards and 9ers.
