I just don't get that. The Saints terminate his contract and Buffalo signs him for the same money. Matter of fact they terminate his contract the same month Thomas goes in for surgery.

They paid him 6 million .Supposedly they cut him to save 4 million against the cap and if they resigned him for 2021 they would have to pay him 8 million while counting 6 million against the cap. They left a huge gap in the wr's in doing so.
