I looked but didn't see it.

Anything other than "Correct"...or "Incorrect" really is more than I was looking for.

I just want to know who(m) to pull for.

Sorry if I come across as a huge dick. (wish I had one)

Was at first, but I’d rather them take another loss to give us more wiggle room if we beat San Fran as the 1 seed. They keep winning and we slip up then we drop out of a top 2 seed.

Hell no. We need any time with 2 or 3 losses to lose.

It’s truly a toss-up on who to cheer for. So, I’m sitting back and enjoying what should be a good game, and then I’ll know what to cheer for the next 4 weeks.

Personally, I’d rather see MIN win because I want the extra game (if we lose on Sunday, it wouldn’t matter who we cheer for tonight) of wiggle room. Plus, id rather see MIN win the North than GB, and them winning here keeps that alive and well.

And it keeps the pressure on GB. They haven’t done well under pressure.

This seems like a serious response.

But now that I look at it and IF the Saints do their deal, then.......wait, dont we want the "TIE-BREAKER" OVER SEATTLE?

I don't believe you because there is a thread 6 posts lower with Vikings & Seahawks literally in the title

As I said in the other thread:

quote:

This is a tough one.

- Vikings (8-3) have Lions, Chargers, Green Bay and Bears.
- Seahawks (9-2) have Rams, Panthers, Cardinals and 49ers.
- Packers (9-3) have Redskins, Bears, Vikings and Lions.
- 49ers (10-2) have Saints, falcons, Rams and Seahawks.

Packers and Vikings play each other, so one of them is guaranteed another loss.
Seahawks and 49ers play each other, so one of them is guaranteed another loss.

Packers probably beat the Vikings in week 16.
49ers at Seahawks is a toss-up IMO.

I think you have to cheer for the Vikings based on the math. Everyone at 9-3 and another loss for at least two of those teams.

This is all assuming we win out and those teams don’t lose those other games as well.

I am, it’s just one has to lose. We beat SF and then we have tie breaker on both of them and game lead on the 49ers, and 2 game lead on Vikings with 3 left to play

No. A loss by them will give us a little more wiggle room. Beat SF on Sunday and then we control our own destiny to HFA.

SF still goes to Seattle and plays the Rams, so you're hoping for maybe two more losses.

Seattle's remaining:

@LAR
@CAR
vs ARI
vs SF

Seattle being 12-4 would be nice. We'd have the tiebreaker on them and SF if they both finish 12-4. I think Seattle wins the NFC West though.

Well, Seattle wins which means if the season ended today, the Saints would be the 1 seed. If the Saints beat the 49er’s Sunday and the Seahawks were to lose to the Rams, the Saints would have at least a one game lead over all division winners with 3 games to play. Not a bad spot to be in but the Saints have to do their part by beating the Niners!
