I can't speak for atmosphere as I go to the games but the new Hooters in Slidell is very nice and I would imagine will have some drink specials.

Thanks... My wife and I have ate at Southside cafe before and loved it. Think we will go there...how early should we be there??

I second the Hooters. I watched the playoff game against the Eagles there (disclosure: it was the only place we could find in time to watch the second half) and the atmosphere was great. Place was rocking. Just order a shite ton of wings and beer.

At least an hour early. They also do raffles for stuff, you get a ticket for buying certain beers and food. Enjoy!
