They gave a 3 for Bridgewater and he resigned with us. Why in the F would we trade for a QB, who one team already apparently hates.

That is a massive understatement. I don't know whether you are saying 2020 one as in first round pick or entire 2020 draft, but both are preposterous...especially when combined with all 6 of our picks this year when we could use a little depth at a few positions.

I actually agree and have been getting hammered for it. I don’t think they will have to trade more than this years 2nd and maybe a late pick next year. I would love for them to get a guy to groom behind brees for a year or two. It would pretty much guarantee we continue to compete after brees.

You are giving the Cards way to much for Rosen, but like you I think the Saints should go get Rosen. I would offer 2 3rds or this years second for him.
I have been saying over and over no starter for the 2019 Roster will be there when they pick. Depth will be the only option. Might as well take a flier on Rosen.
People should not Judge Rosen on 1 year or the value AZ is going to get for him. They have absolutely no leverage and have to move him today or his value keeps dropping.

Not happening but I am actually surprised AZ didn’t trade him before the draft to try and get more draft capital. I guess it could still happen today but why wait?
