I have a feeling we blow out any team in the divisional other than Seattle.

I think the NFC Championship Game will be wild, back and forth like 09. But it’s just something about playing at home in the playoffs. Weird shite tends to go your way. The refs tend to favor the home team in close games with the crowd affecting them and somehow the home team just catches more breaks with turnovers.

I really like our chances, especially against defensive teams like Dallas Minnesota and Chicago. Because our D is good enough to lock those offenses up even if our O struggles. I’m only worried about Seattle because of Wilson and the Rams cuz I don’t want to get into another shootout

Speaking of weird shite that goes the home team’s way in the playoffs.

Our NFC Championship Game in 09.
Our loss AT San Fran in 2011
Atlanta squeaking out a win in 2012 over Seattle at home
Seattle catching a few breaks against San Fran in 2013
Green Bay gets the call against Dez and Dallas at home in the 2014 playoffs
Seattle pulls off the NFC Champ miracle comeback at home against Green Bay in 2014
In 2015 all the home divisional teams won very tight/close games, especially Arizona
ATL dominates both home playoff games
The Minnesota Miracle bullshite and Philly winning both home playoff games with a backup QB last year.

Sure home teams lose in the playoffs all the time, but we’re 5-0 under Payton in the playoffs as well and just like that game against Pitt, where they played almost perfect, we caught breaks and still won despite being outplayed. Being the #1 seed means more to us more than any team other than maybe Seattle

i think that'd be a good match up for us. They want to run the ball and that plays to our strength.

and their D isn't as good as it use to be.

Wilson is a play maker so I hear you but i'd rather play them.

call me crazy.

Yeah i dont think it means more to us than other teams. It helps sure, but the saints bad luck on the road in the playoffs is more due to the fact that those years we play on the road we have shitty defenses. And ut just so happens to cost us in these dramatic ways
