upcoming season and saints fanhood

Once the season is upon us, hopefully, we will learn to love this team. For some, it will be difficult, but there is a reason you are a SAINTS fan. We are all members of the WHO DAT nation. While it may be difficult to understand and agree with every view point from each and every player, that is something we need to be able to live with. It is okay to AGREE to DISAGREE. We need to be supporting each and every Saints player because we are fans of this organization. There is no place for people on this message board who are hating on the organization. If the team can and will figure out a way to play together as a family, then we should be able to do the same. It is not worth our saints fanhood nor our time on TigerDroppings to bury this team without having played a game and seeing what will become.

Most Saints fans have lived by your credo that it's, "It is okay to AGREE to DISAGREE."
How about a little civility from the players toward each other and toward the fans.
The players have shown a complete disregard for respecting a different opinion from fellow players and have actively and falsely labeled the very same fans racist.
When the Saints win or lose, the fans have actively fought against the many NFL false accusations and playoff screw jobs that the NFL could offer.
We have been a united fan base and team of us against the world.
No matter the personal differences, we have been one voice cheering this team.
The players need to look in the mirror and see who really is the racist.
We have loved this team and the players.
It is a personal affront to be rejected and vilified by the very team that you hold dear to your heart.
Watching the heartbeat (Brees) of your team ripped out and shown to you bloody and still beating scars you as a fan.
The problem is not fans respecting each other.
The problem is not the fans understanding the players point of view.
The problem is the adamant insistence that white male teammates and fans are all inherently racist by the black NFL players.
By their silence, the remaining NFL players are just as complicit as the many vocal insultaeous group.
The players need to apologize to their fan bases.
Team reps and team leaders to reign in the animosity toward the fans before what is broken becomes permanently fractured with little hope of repair.
If the players don't truly care about what the fans think or feel, someone needs to explain the economics of fans spending money on the product in relation to the players getting paid.

You know I really hoped this to be true. When all the Drew Brees bs happened I told myself just give it a little time and you won't care anymore. It's still your Saints. But as the days and weeks go on I find myself even more disgusted by the Saints and the NFL as a whole. So much so that I could give two shits if football ever comes back

The issue i have about the upcoming season is that traditionally we do VERY well in a season when our off-season is quiet. no arrests, jewelry heists, belt attacks, pills, bounty gates etc. in '09 the off-season was eerily quiet. then all the BS started.
we are having another loud off-season.

nope. because some post here does not mean they are attending games or watching anymore. not a hard concept to grasp. yet some here struggle with it. they are in their own delusional bubble. many here have been on the fence for the last 4 years and instead of making an irrational decision waited it out. well here we are. The NFL is trash now. the verdict has been reached.
while LSU has done virtue signaling they have not stooped to NFL levels as of yet.
everyone needs to look in the mirror and ask what is the red line for you? do you have any morals or self respect? principles? what would these clowns have to do to turn you away? some here would let MT bang their mom and not blink an eye. sad and pathetic.

yup. it won't be the first time so it won't be hard at all. last year of haslett i stopped watching his trash knowing he was gone. heck i was at the miami-saints game in tiger stadium that year. Now with the SJW movement they make it easiser. i will still be watching college so no sweat not watching saints. let the sheep waste their money and time on cuck brees and his SJW overlords.

I've been much happier since unplugging from politics in all aspects of my life ("news," social media, and now sadly, sports).
The NFL should be an escape, but it won't be. We'll be reminded at every turn about the virtue of the trash woke message.
