TBH, if he goes to the Titans or Jets, then good riddance. He didn't want to win anyway. If he actually wants a chance at winning the league, he has two options

Is one of the last 4 teams in the AFC and final 8 in the NFL not competing for a title?
All with one of the worst if not the worst coach in the nfl and the least progressive coaching schemes in the league
Titans are young and have some good personnel. Their best ball is in front of them even with a good season last year
