Either that or they trust Ginn & Kamara. This could be the case, b/c we now have exactly 53 after signing Bromley & TLL getting IR'd.

Taysom is a kick returner. I don't think they want him playing punt returner. I could be wrong, but there's a huge difference between KR & PR. One is much easier to screw up than the other.
I'm more than ok with Taysom Hill as kick returner though. I thought he looked good in week 2...a lot better than TLL did.

Agreed.
Maybe this forces more Smith on the field or maybe Marideth. I’d still like Story back returning kicks and punts and backing up Kamara and Ingram.

I was pretty shocked when TLL made the team, honestly.
Ginn was average at best as PR last year.
Kamara is too important to return every punt.
Taysom has never returned a punt. That didn't seem to matter as a KR though.
I seriously hope we call up Boston Scott or sign Brandon Tate. A legit PR is more important than a guy with 2 pre-season ST tackles & zero regular season ST tackles (JT Gray).

I don't remember TLL being on the field for offense. I think Thomas, Ginn, Tre'Quan, & Carr were the top 4 WR's during weeks 1 & 2.

We might be rolling with just Ginn & Kamara. Here's the transaction update from a few minutes ago...
"Signed DT Jay Bromley. Signed LB Darnell Sankey to the Practice Squad. Released QB J.T. Barrett from the Practice Squad. Placed WR Tommylee Lewis (Knee) on Injured Reserve."
Hopefully, we make a roster move tomorrow.

Why are some people so positive that Taysom Hill will be a legit punt returner? Not saying that he can't be, just curious as to why people would think that.
