Tickets Question
Has anyone that purchased through a third party (stubhub, vividseats ) still not received their tickets yet? My acct said I would get them today but they still aren't there .. TIA

They're e tickets set for mobile delivery. Just the mobile delivery part hasn't happened yet. Still says "Tickets expected 1/11"

Go ahead and contact whatever vendor you used tonight. Anytime I've had any issues with SeatGeek or StubHub for tickets, they've taken care of things very quickly for me - often including upgrading my seats if the bought ones have some issue.

Thanks. I just did. They said they should be delivered into my acct today and I will get a confirmation email. Hoping they show up by tonight.

ANYONE purchasing 3rd party e-tickets will have to install the seat-geek ticket app, which allows the buyer to display the ticket on his phone when entering the dome. It can be a tricky/timely process so I would advise down-loading the app before heading to the dome !

What if the e ticket was purchased and delivered into the stubhub app? I have a QR code visible as an eticket in stubhub. Do I somehow have to transfer this to the seatgeek app?

Better check with the Saints ticket office. Season ticket holders were told they had to download/utilize the seat geek app when selling/buying or transferring tickets. It wasn't enough to have previously had an nfl-ticketmaster acct. or a stubhub acct.

I don't believe so, i think he just meant if you use seatgeek to buy them. If you have them and they can be scanned from the stubhub app, you should be good.

Yes...IF you use seat geek to purchase/transfer/sell...you must have the seat geek app. Not sure about other 3rd party sellers. Also, no printed/copied tickets are accepted anymore...DO NOT PURCHASE those !

Yeah my nfc championship tix(also through vividseats)I had to transfer into the seatgeek app. It gave me all the instructions on how to do so . Weird that I still haven't heard jack about my game this weekend though. I bought these tix on 12/23

Still nothing.. i wish they'd let me cancel the order and re-order them at this point. I could get the same seats for 300 bucks less now.
