It was Maroon 5 - I dont get the hate on the performance. They were Maroon 5 and they played as hard and as well as Maroon 5 can play. Blame the NFL, not them.

They big finale was awful. Transitioning Moves like Jagger into a big rock finale finish was horrible, I thought they were starting a Metallica song

I agree. That is what made it the lamest. You see them everywhere and they do not really have an act suited for that big of a stage (The SuperBowl not he physical stage.) Not really their problem Most people know a few of their songs but probably not the names of the songs. Acts like Michael Jackson, Prince, Aerosmith and The Rolling Stones brought a music gravitas that Maroon 5 does not possess.

When the best you can do is so remarkably beyond awful that it's offensive to most people, the ethical and responsible thing to do is just stop.
