I think the second 1st and maybe 3rd are likely for taking on Goffs contract. Think Osweiller trade to Browns. The Rams sold Goffs contract for two picks.
This should not have any bearing on the Watson dealings unless Houston is taking on an atrocious contract with the deal which would be stupid in their situation.
Also remember that both of those first rounders are assuredly going to be late firsts from a playoff team. They won’t be too 10 picks vs Houston getting top 10 picks being a difference.

The Lions definitely won that trade, but I think part of the reason the Rams gave up so much, in addition to getting Stafford, was getting the Lions to take that horrendous Goff contract off their hands. You have to look at getting rid of him as a second asset in the deal for LA.
