Did you see the saints redskins game? Kirk cousins got a concussion, sat on the ground for a full minute after the hit, goes in the tent for 10 seconds, back out on the field.
They are strict about the concussion protocol unless of course it involves a qb.

He was checked out in the medical tent for 3 minutes then returned to the game

Jesus man. If any player shouldn't have gone back in, it's this guy. The application of the rules seem to be based off of coin flips these days.
