The season ended so miserably that I hadn't moved on until the last couple of weeks. Now that we are in the offseason I got to thinking about PJ williams and realized we still have patrick robinson. I think williams played awesome this year. He wasn't a top slot corner but he did improve as the year went on. Patrick robinson is on a 4 year so I'm assuming he will start next year. I don't know what he would cost the saints to be brought back but if it's fairly cheap I hope they try to get him back.

How are people feeling on him?

Improving. He is getting more confident. Very important.

You can never gk wrong with quality depth.

He has a likely suspension coming too. Likely will be cheap. Would be a smart idea to bring him back.

I agree 100%. Bring him back for cheap. He is a great backup. He really stepped it up this year. I just hope patrick robinson can get to what the saints paid him for.

He stinks. Teams specifically targeted him.

He was solid last year, nothing more. I hope he can take that next step.

I don't think we'll resign him. He's probably going to get a pretty good contract on the open market and with Robinson coming back I don't see us spending that much.

Everyone can say what they want but pj holds entirely too much for my liking.
I would take him back, cause depth but I wouldn't give him more than a couple mil

He's a must keep for me. Knows the system and really came into his own last year. I thought going into last season he just needed to go to a different team to play well, but he proved me wrong.

he definitely had his moments last year.

the one pick six against Minnesota was just a crappy play by captain Kirk and PJ took the gift to the house.

he did seem to play better but still had moments where he looked unaware.

specifically the first TD the Eagles got in the playoffs.

This is a good thing with smart safeties. Hope he sticks around and gets better all for a good team price. There is a lot worse out there.

This. I don't understand what most of you see in him. The dude sucks. Let him walk. I'll honestly be very surprised if he's brought back.

He's VERY good against the run, always around the ball, causes turnovers, & he was pretty damn clutch in the 4th quarter last year. He screwed up (in the 4th quarter) in a few games, but was money for most games.

He isn't the greatest in coverage & does hold too much, but he's a solid player if the price is right.

I'd take him in a second for 3-4 mil a year. He's very versatile & can bail you out of a situation in case of an injury.

Idiot fans like you that think we should have top five players at every position clearly don’t understand a salary cap. It doesn’t work like that.

It was a tale of two seasons for #Saints CB PJ Williams.

Weeks 1-8: 39.1 overall grade (116/117 qualifying CBs), 5 TDs, 1 INT, 1 PBU

Weeks 9-17: 70.5 overall grade (T-35/117 qualifying CBs), 2 TDs, 4 PBUs

Williams 2015 and 2016 were essentially a loss due to injury

Last year was the first season he had the opportunity to build off a consecutive season. Started rough but figured it out.

You need guys like Williams on the roster

I've been saying this for a while. He's very valuable if you can have him for the right price.
