Long time personal assistant to Tom Benson. We can only assume after so many years on the job he was very competent and satisfied in his work and pay as he never left it.
Then he is let go/fired.
Then he sues for more money.

No - the lawsuit was dismissed because he forgot about the arbitartion clause in the employment contract. No one knows what happened with teh arbitration.

I read the saints paid 100k plus interest for not paying him overtime, 100k for a clause in his contract that said if anyone but benson fired him he was owed 2 years salary, and then his lawyers fees of 190k.
