The Saints aren't trading into the top 10. We don't have the ammo. This would be a Ricky Williams type deal to get into the top 10. It's not happening.
Every little tidbit of news you hear right now is just rumors the Saints are spitting to create a smoke screen for what they really plan on doing.
In my opinion, they will trade up to the late teens/early 20s to get a CB (if one they covet is still there).

Moving up from 28 to 10 is a quarterback move and for my part I dont love any of the QBs in this draft* enough to make that trade.
