Fans don't make a HFA like people believe. You can make it deafening and still lose. It's the officials.
There was a study done on this years ago by some mathematicians. They didn't want to come out and say the officials are guiding the games so they basically just said, it wasn't fans and that the refs could play a part.
We won't need it. We will win this game. Tampa can't beat us.

Well duh, it's not magic. The best team still usually wins but if you don't think the crowd can make it more difficult you're very wrong.

At times the crowd can make a difference in a false start, delay of game, timeout, or a bad play. But it's not enough to make the difference. The officials can do anything at anytime.
This year, there's absolutely no HFA. A few thousand fans don't make one bit of difference.
There is no crowd noise when your team is losing. When we come from behind its not the crowd noise that made the difference.
I was in the Dome on the reopening in 06. It was the loudest ever. Deafening but that wasn't why we beat Atlanta. Gleason didn't block the opening punt due to crowd noise. The Falcons weren't winning that game no matter what. If you want to believe you made a difference that's fine. I don't believe it because it's not true when it comes to wins and losses. I've been in the Dome numerous times screaming along with everyone else. But I know we didn't win because of us.
