Payton for Herbert straight up
I wish, but not happening. If I’m Payton, this is where I wanna go. One of the best young QBs to build around. And in a no pressure to win situation compared to Big D.

They both love the DFW for whatever reason.
Drew was born in Dallas, played high school ball at Westlake in Austin. That being said I’d be shocked if he played football again. Especially after another season removed from playing.

I’d love to see him playoff choke again somewhere else while we take in the draft picks!
Hey a-hole he gave you many winning years and a Superbowl None of the playoff losses were due to poor coaching. Good luck thinking you will get someone better.

Saints knew this was coming when they made those draft trades
Absolutely they did. They also knew Dallas and Jerry has a HUGE hard on for Payton and will fork over multiple first round picks to get him.
I wouldn't doubt if it were two firsts and two seconds.

This will be a rumor till its not. And CSP can go where he wishes in two years. Till then he will remain our very own little leprechaun.

Sean Payton coaching next year?
i think he does, i also think it wont be agreed to until late season or maybe right at or after the last regular season game
there really is no advantage to do anything before that since most coaches he would target would still be in the playoffs and cant talk

Sean’s not the only choker.
This dude is choking on his dick.

Why are you on my board? You’re not a saints fan. Final warning.

The Cowboys are probably realistic. The other two teams are in there for clickbait garbage.
Also, the cowboys are perhaps the least likely for us to accept an offer from outside of our own division rivals

yep, not understanding all the hate for him but thats what you get with a bunch of squirrels like buddy used to call them.
he left for one reason only, the city turned into a war zone and there was no chance it changes so he moved on to a city his family might not be killed in just for living there.
people should send that hate to lataoya, she and her actions are why he quit and left us, its not because he doesnt want to coach any more.

If Payton goes to Dallas, for me that would be like when Saban went to Bama.
But if that means the next 2 Saints coaches turn out to be goofballs who win Super Bowls, I’ll take it.

I know it likely won’t, but you can sell Payton on being a QB guru and being able to coach the next one up that they will get by saving a 1st in the trade….

Also I’d be surprised if he ends up anywhere other than Dallas.

Payton will next coach the Cowboys, and cheat on his current wife.

I don’t think so. According to what he wants in a team. A team that plays in warm weather. Wants a team that is win ready now with a young QB = Chargers
I know Chargers and Dolphins have young up and coming coaches, but they lose them both for the chance to get Sean Payton. They also talked about Jerry Jones giving him somewhere around 20 mil a year

JJ will kick Mcarthy to the curb after this year and throw the bank at Payton.
