Ah, imagine that. Patriots benefit from ANOTHER acquisition.

Yeah. That kind of screws us if we are in pursuit of someone like Green.

Not really...Sanu ain't on the last year of his contract, is younger, and is not injured.

Just want to point out this does nothing but help us this year.

It was very steep for a average team's #3 WR. I think Sanu is good, but a 2nd round pick is too much. I wouldn't have given that much.

The Patriots made Julian Edelman a hall of famer. A gadget guy like Sanu will be an all pro with them.

I think this kinda forces us to match.

We have to be thinking long game here while also still maintaining the just be 1-0 every week mantra.

The ideology that the Pats turn every player into an improvement of what they were previously is a misnomer. They miss on many players. They have a media driven mystique that they are infallible when it comes to player acquisitions.

Sanu may be be great with the Pats, but a 2nd round pick for a #3 WR is a high price to pay for any team, including the Pats. People would be singing their praises no matter who they acquired.

I mean, they kinda overpaid here. Why are you praising them?

Why didn't we trade Bridgewater for Sanu and their first?

Then we could have drafted Joe Burrow!

Mickey Loomis let us down again.

I mean, they're getting Sanu because "sober" Josh Gordon has been very average, and the AB era lasted 5 days.

Clear #2 WR on most teams. Calling Sanu a #3 is selling him short.

Sanu is a very underrated/underappreciated WR. He's going to explode for NE (like they always do)

Also, this is the Pats, so their second round pick will be like the last or second to last pick in the second round and they seem to always get a 3rd round comp pick, so Sanu is basically free for them.

The Falcons will frick up the pick, so I am not worried.

It'll practically be a 3rd rounder. You know that.
