He won't be worth the cost of his 5th year option if you can get a top tier OG for that.

I'm a big Peat defender, but there needs to be a backup plan in place. You can't pay him the value he'd fetch on the market and expect him to stay healthy. Every year him and armstead has some freak thing.

I know PFF grades are subjective but they have him graded in the 40s for a reason. He’s probably a below average guard

The only reason he is lauded honestly is his versatility, which while a great trait, doesn't mean he can be mediocre to bad at his main position much of the time.
