Gray had all of TWO special teams tackles, neither of which was memorable.
Highly doubt he's a budding special teams star, and isn't going to get defensive snaps.
And as much as I wanted Tate over Lewis, Lewis at least does SOMETHING on special teams AND offense.

Maybe Hill is the 3rd string RB as well. I’m not sure who else they would go with in an emergency situation.
