We just tied a franchise record for consecutive games (6) holding opponents down to 17 points or fewer. Yes even those famed dome patrol teams have never done better.

Which is why it's absolutely fair to say this is one of the best defenses in franchise history, especially when considering that this Saints offense puts pressure on other teams to chuck the ball down the field and theyre in a league that's pass friendly.
