This is an incredible reach. Sounds like the falcon’s coaching staff didn’t make the proper second half adjustments in order to keep the lead and called the wrong plays

Those LSU players made the plays. That's what they're supposed to do.

The falcons just fricked it all up, like they do everything.

If these colleges want to poach pro coaches still under contract they should have to buy out the remainder of the contract.

And ditto on pro teams doing the same, both to other pro teams and colleges.

It sounds like that's what they're negotiating now.

I can’t believe I agree with you, but here we are

It’s a Georgia thing.

Braves
UGA
Falcons

All three can’t win when it really matters.

Usually, there's language for that. College hires coach from another college, pay buy-out. But if that same coach goes to NFL, there's no buyout. Same goes they other way. I don't know the details and haven't seen any report (only TD posters) that have stated buyout or non-compete (which I believe isn't allowed), but this is looking more like SP has a sandy Vag.

He also thought Brady was "stupid" to take the LSU job. Imagine telling an employee, it's stupid to take a promotion that will increase your pay from $50,000 to $400,000.

NFL assistants get new NFL jobs the day after their season ends, every year! The longer this goes on, the worse it looks for SP for standing in the way of an assistant taking a promotion and substantial pay increase.

I apologize, he said it was a mistake.

Imagine telling an employee, it's a "mistake" to take a promotion (analyst to coordinator) that will increase your pay from $50,000 to $400,000
