Positions of need left (IMO) are:

TE, DE/Edge, WR, Backup OL, DT depth, Backup QB, 3rd RB

Some guys that might be worth a look:

Matt Slauson G/T
Alex Okafor DE (bringing him back)
Pernell McPhee DE
Eric Decker WR
Bennie Logan DT
Mike Wallace WR
Tyler Eifert TE

I'm talking about guys that SHOULDN'T (in theory) break the bank.

Thoughts?

I actually think Eric Decker would be an incredible signing for this team. He's pretty reliable and isn't going to cost much.

Mike Wallace would actually be a better compliment to MT13 but idk how much money he'll cost and what we plan on doing with Ted Ginn

Damn Bennie was a young stud with Fletcher Cox in Philadelphia. Guess he’s fallen off, I’d give him a look.

He would catch 8TDs here. I have no doubt.

Eifert and Okafor now that we got PRob and Davis

Would love Nelson too. He’d be a stud for Drew’s last two years but I doubt he even makes it to the visit over here. He’s with the Raiders now and then the Hawks

Eifert was good, but doesn't he have an injury history?

Was it just being in Tennessee last year that killed him, because he was still producing for the Jets two years ago.

He does but that’s what would make him cheap. I’m also in the camp of taking a TE in the draft

Since we're going old this offseason, Julius Peppers and Eifert.

Still would like a slot WR and a TE

Also a depth safety cause at the moment we're net -1

I'm might be mistaken but I believe Logan has high value at DT. I think he's one of the highest graded players against the run.

They might be planning on drafting one. I agree though, we need 1 more Safety. We have 3 legit Safeties & Banjo. I don't really trust Banjo enough to give him playing time.

Alex Okafor DE (bringing him back)

Problem with Okafor is that you don't know what you are going to get back. While he might come cheaper now than previous to his injury, and Achilles tear can completely destroy a player's ability to perform.

Thus, you'd have to sign him with a backup option in place if he isn't back to form right away.

I doubt Okafor signs with anyone until teams get more info on his recovery. He'll be able to get a decent amount from someone if he proves that his injury won't hold him back.
