Random draft thoughts

The more I watch our picks the more impressed I become.
Everyone knows davenport will be a beast.
Smith really impressed me long legs big strides and was al2ays open and beating his man
Boston Scott is just sick and quick.
Natrell has some sick ball skills and is super fluid as an athlete. Smart and was always in the right spots.
Watched a little bit of Leonard and he seems to have a good punch and attacks the opponent which sometimes gets him beat but that will get coached out.
When everyone on your team loves football and that's all they talk about it makes your team better.
Special year coming up

That's because you watch "highlights" on YouTube. You're not seeing lowlights or all 22s. Of course you're going to like them the more highlights you see.

Moore and Jamerson strike me as the type of guys who will be at the bottom of the S and CB depth charts, but on the roster, for about 3 years playing special teams, and then get cut and never be in the NFL again

You mean like most late round picks? Of course it is more likely than not that they have short careers. The percentages are stacked highly against them. Plus they happened to be drafted by a pretty stacked team. They play for a coach that has historically ignored when and where a player was added to the roster and tries to assemble the best team possible.
So yeah, more than likely one or both won't still be on the team by the time Drew retires. I don't see how they are different than any other day 3 pick.

I hear you, I just don't understand what point you are trying to make. When you say "they are the type of player..." What makes their chances to have an extended NFL career any less than any other day 3 pick?

Well if he would have started a thread stating that all the draft picks are horrible and will bust before they even take a snap, your response would probably be he is delusional. What gives? Don't be a prick about it. He is optimistic. There is nothing wrong with that.
