By excellent Linebacker play. Gurley was stopped and shut down completely goeff had the worse game of his entire season.

It's funny that I jokingly told my friends that Godell called Sean before hand at Dallas to tell him he was going to lose BUT so that Sean does not call out the Refs in the Dallas games, he would make sure Rams fall to the Bears so saints still get #1 seed.

After all Dallas in the play off hunt with the Bears is good for business.

Either that or Chicago was inspired by Dallas to just rape the Rams.

Will the media say the rams got exposed this week like they did us last week?

Just goes to show good defense is still > good offense. Been that way most of the history of the NFL.

Good new for us - our defense has been one of the best lately and will keep our offense in the game should the offense struggle. We saw how important that is earlier today.

As a die hard saints fan, I haven’t been able to say that in decades.

Even with the rule changes, it's clear that this is still very true in this league. It's the reason I don't think the Pats, Chiefs, or even the Rams win it all this season.

This is the key here. Our offense is struggling right now (not really in the 2nd half today though) but they will get it back together. If the D continues to play at a high level, there is no one that can beat us. Especially in the Dome. Advantage New Orleans

I think everyone knows if you can stop the Rams running game they are a different team especially without Cupp. Goff is still pretty raw and relies on his coaches to tell him what to do when they go to the line quick.

INTS or not, the Bears were all over their arse. Also lets not dismiss INTS as if they're some freak stroke of luck, the DBs were covering their arse off, and made the play when it was available.

And you don’t think the bears pushing the Rams line back into Goff all game had anything to do with that??

Yep, we did before the first Bucs game also. Fans do that on message boards, no big deal. You deserve what you're doing also, granted most stop after the next game, but whatevs
