Question about Dennis Allen

Is he good or bad? I can’t even tell at this point, it’s the most inconsistent shite. Is it mainly personnel problems? Or does he just have ups and downs?
Kamara has struggled. Michael Thomas has been our only weapon on offense and Brees was out. Our offensive line has drive killing penalties at an alarming rate.
How is this team 10-3?
Should we be looking at a new DC?

He has been really good this year except for a handful of games. We are 1-2 In California

I figured missing pressure from the D-line is probably just putting more stress on people like Apple.
