Good move. He really came on as a nickel corner last year.
Not always great in coverage, but he's solid enough and is a great tackler.
Now we have two guys that can man the slot and three on the outside. With CB being such an important position that's great depth to have.
Now we just really need another DE for rotation and a legit backup OT. Anything else on top is cherries.

Great move. PJ found his niche last year as a slot corner and great run defending corner. Hard hitter, tough and has been in the system for a few years so he doesn’t have to learn the defense. He will be the primary backup at both outside and slot corner positions. His DWI turned out to be a blessing for us because it killed his market.

Yep. Hopefully it's for league minimum. Anything less than 2.0 mil is a steal.

My guess is $1-1.5 mil with maybe some type of playing time incentive, otherwise I'm not sure why he'd sign this "quick" for the minimum.
I doubt we'd go higher than $2 mil for what would be our 4th CB, unless PRob isn't coming along so well in rehab.
A pending suspension may have completely killed his market though, and/or maybe he just really wanted to come back.

Curious to see the actual breakdown. More than I thought even if half of that winds up being incentives.
Iirc it's close to or more than PRob got per year. Very curious to know how his rehab is coming now.
