#Saints veteran CB Patrick Robinson informed the team that he is retiring, per agent @Agentbutler1. After 11 seasons and a Super Bowl title, the former first-rounder calls it quits.
quote:

Patrick Robinson’s retirement clears $2 million in cap space (minus the $850,000 salary that takes his spot on the top-51).

holy shite, man this is almost laughable at this point. Good for Robinson, but man I wish he would have done that shite prior to FA or the draft.

how's this affect the cap?

i'm assuming he's dropped down the depth chart and doesn't have it any more.

Getting a CB after preseason cuts is now a requirement. Fantastic

Nah 4 -13 but famous Jameis has a good enough season to extend, or Ian Book develops enough not to draft a QB

Draft Derek Stingly jr with our first
Draft best WR with first we get from Jacksonville for MT13

2022 championship

He was playing plenty with the 1s. He missed a practice or two. I bet he got hurt again and made the decision to retire.

The plane continues to spiral towards the ground…I guess we see who was really responsible for the cohesion and chemistry of the team.
