December 6, 2009. A cold, dreary day in Maryland.

What a cringeworthy shite show that turnout out to be.

People flew him down for the Cowboys game. He acted like a freak the second he got off the plane. The Saints lost. And he still tried to profit from it.

I can't find the video of him arriving at the airport. It seems like New Orleans has scrubbed him from memory.

he was shown on camera panning redskins stadium when saints were down in 4th qtr and saints had a dramatic comeback to remain undefeated. He looked insane so of course he became a saintsation and was coined the "unknown who dat". His niece who still lives here identified him and then they flew him in for the cowboys game. See link I posted above. He was a strange cat and then we lost and he lost all his luster.

Saints report had a big hand in everything. Was an embarrassing situation all around.

Didn’t he complain that his FREE flight down to NOLA wasn’t first class or some ungrateful remark like that? What a douche

It was beyond embarrassing. The guy made some weird arse t shirts and tried to hawk them, and bitched about his flight, etc.

That play was the moment I knew the Saints would go all the way that year. I had a feeling after the Miami comeback, but that play sealed it, as if Super Bowl XLIV was preordained by the football universe.

I remember a lot of people who had Meachem in fantasy threw a bitch fit at that play because I believe they gave those points to the Saints D/ST.

Brees' "get tha eff outta here" stiff arm on the play is one of the more underrated in NFL history.

I was down for That game and walked by some hotel where he was signing items. I went in and got something signed and a picture I think. I need to find that
