I think LSUFreek hit the nail on the head when he talked about Werner.
this was from the "name your big board" thread.
don't how Werner would make the transition to a 3-4 but I haven't read anything on him that would suggest he isn't capable of doing it either. I think most people just see him projected as a 4-3 DE and booom, case closed. He can't play a 3-4, he's a 4-3 guy because Mike Mayock said so.

IIRC Werner was a projected top 5 pick early in the process.. What was the reason for his fall?
