We will soon need a qb and it would be horrible to finish with a bad record and trade away that pick.

Why? So we can pick at 32? For a QB? Can get a QB of that caliber in the second.

If next year’s 1 is anywhere near a spot to nab a franchise QB, we really fricked up.

You never know. Burrow was a 6th round pick going into last year. Some kids will develop and emerge. A couple will come out of nowhere.

They will still have a strong deep roster if Drew retires. Uf Taysom is not the answer then they should pursue the best free agent QB or trade for one if possible. Trade the 2021number one to get to round 2 tonight. It’s a win now mode.

Stranger shite has happened. Especially with a qb in his 40s. I think we’ll be in the playoffs again, and our roster seems very solid but the league is a fickle bitch.

We are not drafting our next starting quarterback. Dak and Deshaun will both be Free Agents. Dak a UFA and DeShaun will be restricted. Both would love to be in a Sean Payton offense.
