Man, I felt so bad for that guy. His own teammate did it to him by accident too.

I wanted him when he was drafted for the Saints.

I didn't realize, until I was scanning Triplett's twitter feed this morning, that both Rankins and Davenport went out with injuries yesterday. I assume they came back but I'm not sure. Anyone know?

I’m sure they weren’t crying after knocking Cook out of the game after he tore them a new one in the first quarter.

Rankins did not. Not certain about Davenport.

In all honesty, Atlanta isn’t going to the playoffs and they hate us. Don’t be surprised they lose on purpose to improve their draft position and screw us. We should’ve took care of business

Rankins' injury happened right before halftime... b/c they talked about it on the Saints radio broadcast that Rankins didn't return to the field out of the halftime break... he stayed in the locker room

Davenport was struggling through those final few drives... he fought like hell trying to help the team but was hurting

ETA: I hope the extra day of rest before practice starts (since we're MNF this week... practice starts Thursday) helps some of these dings heel up

I wish they would, but your post is just not accurate.

Losing a center is potentially devastating to a team. The league numbers indicate over a 70% chance that a team loses the very next game.

They havent been doing a good job of that as of late.

I honestly see making a game out of it. Quinn is trying to keep his job as well as many other on that team.

Also, im sure they want to prove a point that it was not a mistake letting Shanahan leave.

Fanboys don’t play on the team.
