NFL Lawsuit, You are the attorney, what questions would you ask?

So many people are saying move on from the bad call. I disagree. I see this lawsuit as an opportunity to put some people on the Hot Seat. Of course there will be no changes in the outcome, but for once, I'd like to see some tough questions asked of Rodger Goodell and the Officials.

If you could ask 5 questions, what would they be?

1) To officials: What communication do you have with NFL executives prior to each game.

2) To the head official: I would ask about what he saw on the specific play. Essentially asking him details that I already know from watching the footage

3) Goodell: I would ask him if the league benefits more when certain teams are more successful than small market teams (we all know this is the case, but see how he answers).

My last 2 questions would be based on how questions 2 & 3 are answered.

I wouldn't even bother with the 2 that blew the call unless there is something fishy in their personal financials, if I have bene allowed to see them.

Agreed 100%. We know we cannot change the robbery that took place but these clowns should be grilled into eternity and then summarily fired and wages garnished.

Trust me there are plenty who’d like to see their asses lynched or drawn and quartered or hung from the gallows in champions square. The fact they are still employed proves the NFL is a joke and unethical.

Mr Goodell, as you are aware there are shirts/merchandise being sold depicting you as a clown. Are you in fact a clown or do you just play one as commissioner?

Are you familiar with Rule 17, Section 2, Article 1 wherein it states "The Commissioner has the sole authority to investigate and take appropriate disciplinary and/or corrective measures if any club action, non-participant interference, or calamity occurs in an NFL game which the Commissioner deems so extraordinarily unfair or outside the accepted tactics encountered in professional football that such action has a major effect on the result of the game."

You're also familiar with Rule 17, Section 2, Article 3 which states “The Commissioner’s powers under this Section 2 include . . . the reversal of a game’s result or the rescheduling of a game, either from the beginning or from the point at which the extraordinary act occurred.”

Isn't it a fact that the non-call was unfair for the Saints which affected the outcome of the NFC championship game?

Isn't it true that you, Roger, are the commissioner of the NFL?

Roger, please state for the record why you're such a fricking pussy.

And only delusional conspiracy theorists think there's an answer other than: the Saints got screwed by a horrible no call.

So, if we don’t agree with what happened, we are conspiracy theorists?

I would ask Roger Goodell this question:

How many dicks have you taken up the arse?

I would love to see them put up a picture of they two officials looking right at the play and ask them what they saw and why did they choose to eat their flags.

Also, bring in retired officials and ask them if they were in the exact position would they have held the flag

I’d skip that play completely and ask about the hands to the face and multiple other interferences in key moments.

It was the most blantant but there were several other blown calls in huge moments down the stretch.
