Name your biggest “realistic” name on your Free Agent Wishlist this Off-season

DJ Chark for me. He and Jameis with a healthy MT13 could be filthy.

He won’t come cheap, but I’d prefer him over a guy like Allen Robinson because Chark is younger, has more upside, and less injury history.

Who ya got?

I don't know if he would want to come back but

Akiem Hicks

would he rather stay in Chicago as they start all over with a new GM/HC?

what exactly is the backstory of his beef with the Saints anyway? I thought i read it on here one time but forgot.

Edit: still a good player shouldn't cost as much though.

That’s a great and realistic option.

Never say never, but I doubt that Hicks would come back. When he left he was pretty pissed and vocal in criticizing the coaches for playing him out of position (even though I remember agreeing with him)

I don't think we have much money for "splash" FAs, nor do we need to:

OT-Eric Fisher: I think his starting days are over, but he'd be great depth considering we use a backup OT at least 5 games a season

WR-Tavon Austin: (Depending on Deonte Harris) If Harris leaves via FA then Austin would be a good fill in for a year

WR-Preston Williams: Sean Payton could use his talents way better than Miami could. I think he would basically be taking Tre'Quan spot, because I doubt we bring back Tre'Quan unless it's on a 1yr basically shite or get off the pot prove it deal

WR-Kalif Raymond: Finally showed what he could do this season, could light it up in Payton's offense

TE-Evan Engram: Payton would definitely know how to utilize him

TE-OJ Howard: This could be boom or bust, but he shouldn't be expensive

TE-Jimmy Graham: This is probably only if we don't bring Juwan Johnson back, as I think they provide similar service

S-Ronnie Harrison: I think it's best if we let M.Williams walk, I don't think he's worth the money he will likely get. Rolle with PJ Williams/M.Jenkins and somebody like Harrison

LBs are good with D.Davis/K.Alexander/P.Werner/K.Ellis

DL is hard to say we need to upgrade anything, what Dennis Allen and DL coach (forget name) have done with a legion of whom at DT and still be able to stop the run as well as we have for the last couple of years is nothing short of amazing

MT13 is done in New Orleans...he will be traded! Look for us to make an offer of Winston, Thomas and a draft pick for Wilson or Thomas and picks for Wilson

That dude has had a lot of injuries lately. If you can get him for cheap, then hell yeah.

Allen Robinson is another FA I'm interested in, although seems like he'd be pricey/too pricey for us atm.

Honey Badger is an interesting FA if we don't sign MW.

Akiem Hicks as another poster mentioned, but I feel like that bridge has been burned.

Will Fuller for a good deep threat, but he's another injury-prone receiver.

No they don’t. This isn’t the nba. And the only point of that would be if the team signing him had more cap room than the team trading for him. Have you looked at our cap room?

The only way you could trade Winston is if you tag him (which is like 30 million) and trade him (which would NEVER happen)

So you dumb enough to think we eat $23 mill in dead cap to trade a top 5 wr so we can go spend another $10 mill on an average WR, with the depth we saw this year????

I know this doesn't necessarily fall under your FA umbrella but..

We really need a good consistent field goal kicker...

IMO.. this alone would have put us in the playoffs...

Fight me..

It’s too much to ask a rookie WR or TE to come in and produce day one. Still draft one or two but I would go out and get a Mike Williams or Mike Geseicki. Haven’t had a big, athletic downfield threat in awhile. Let slot boy so his thing, get a rookie in there, Calloway, bring back Deonte

Veteran T, veteran 2nd tier type TE, maybe a DT. Not gonna be much we can afford

Williams and Geseicki would be no brainers. Gonna be expensive though.

I want some potential playmakers on offense more than anything. Chark, if he can stay healthy which I think a change of scenery often helps with, has incredible upside. He’d instantly be our #2.

I’d also like a TE. I’d go OJ Howard who is criminally underutilized in TB these days
