The #Saints are facing the biggest discipline yet after the NFL discovered more COVID protocol violations, including surveillance video of an interaction that may have contributed to RB Alvin Kamara’s positive test in December. From me and @RapSheet:

You fricking knew that Goodell would be looking to make an example of us.

Oh you just now uncovered “violations”?

Totally ridiculous.

Many teams have done this all year, yet for some miraculous reason the saints get punished not once but twice?

For things well beyond cap manipulation. Goodell hates Payton and Loomis personally. He'll never stop, like Rozelle never stopped trying to punish Al Davis.

Maybe our owner, who Goodell works for, should tell him to frick off. But nope. She won’t say a word and neither will Payton because they really don’t care.

Not even trying to hide it. Look, punish the saints because regardless of how i feel they still are repeat offenders.

But god damn so are multiple teams and nothing

Alvin Kamara's refusal to wear the contract tracing device issued by the NFL and mandated for all players and coaches was an internal issue all season, multiple team sources said. Because of this, the league had no way to trace Kamara's close contacts after he tested positive.

Then fine Alvin Kamara. Don't hurt the whole franchise
