Marcus Williams is like your kid letting you down

I still don't understand what PJ Williams or Robertson's assignments were on the play.

PJ Williams looked to be defending against a quick out or flats pass...but did he need to be so close to the line for that? And he should have bailed on that once Rudolph got deeper than him.

Robertson was useless in the middle of the field, tbh. An extra DB would have been nice there or have him blitz.

But yeah, the thing that made Williams play so bad was not him mistiming the ball and thus having to avoid PI, it was taking out Crawley who was in position to at least force Diggs out of bounds but possibly to tackle him in bounds.

So anaologies supporting Williams are okay? Because I was told making comparisons to Williams’s failure on the last play was not accurate.
